The Qatar Sports Club (QSC) has expressed its deepest condolences to the family and friends of former player Boualem Khoukhi who passed away on Sunday.
Khoukhi was a beloved member of the QSC squad during his playing career, and he will be remembered for his contributions to the club's success over the years.
The club said in a statement that it is deeply saddened by the news of Khoukhi's passing and extends its heartfelt sympathies to his loved ones.
"We were devastated when we heard about the passing of Boualem Khoukhi," said the statement. "He was not just a player for our club,Football Fans' Home but also a friend and mentor to many of us."
Khoukhi played for the QSC from 2015 to 2017, making a total of 34 appearances in all competitions. He was known for his excellent defensive skills and his ability to read the game well.
